A Very Special Marriage Proposal

C.J. Martin proposed to Stephanie Heinen in a “monumental” way. The couple met in Hillsboro early last year, when Heinen, 21, was working in a Portland-area hospital and living in Forest Grove, Ore.

Pricing for Wedding Packages
Pricing for the Wedding Reception Packages are on an individual basis, depending on the size of your wedding, the site you choose and the menu you choose for your reception.  Please contact our wedding coordinator directly to discuss your particular wedding plans and requirements.

Settings Available for Weddings
We have many settings to choose from at Eco Park Resort, from an intimate cozy wooded setting for groups ranging from 25 up to 100 guests, to a beautiful pond setting for up to 300 guests. These are available on a seasonal basis. We can also do a wonderful wedding inside the lodge for up to 100 guests. Please check with your wedding coordinator directly to discuss you wedding needs.

Wedding Receptions

Café Building:

  • (8 hours) $1,500.00
  • Café Building only
  • Inside seating for approx 75 guests
  • Outside seating for approx 25 guests
  • Radiant Heat
  • Lights and Electricity
  • Restroom Facilities
  • Each additional hour of rental $100.00
  • Refundable Damage Deposit $1,500.00
  • Hours of reception not to exceed past midnight
  • When booking your special day, a deposit is required to hold the date
Food Service:
  • We offer full service food preparation from the Backwoods Café Kitchen.
  • These are all priced per event, per group size.
  • No Kitchen facilities are available for outside food preparation.
  • Eco Park Resort  must provide all Food Service with the exception of the wedding dessert.

Alcohol:
Alcohol is not permitted on premises without a valid banquet permit. Alcohol is not to be served to anyone under of 21 years of age.

Overnight Accommodations:

  • Accommodations are available for rental. Prices for separate or entire overnight accommodations for your guests are available.
  • Reservations must be made in advance. Paid in full/non refundable.

Payment & Deposit Policy:
If you choose Eco Park Resort, for your wedding we require a signed contract, as well as a non-refundable advanced deposit, in the amount of 25% of the estimated total cost, in order to guarantee your reservation. Until the deposit is received, all space reservations are considered tentative, and are subject to release. A secondary deposit of 25% will be due 45 days prior to your event. Final payment for all food & beverage is due two weeks prior to your wedding.
