Apparel needed for riding...Long pants, closed-toe shoes. Boots are great, but if you don't have them, a pair of tennis shoes will do just fine.
Please arrive 1/2-hour BEFORE your scheduled ride. This allows time to fill out paper work and size you to your horse.
All Helicopter Tours are through Applebee Aviation.
STEP ON GUIDES: $150 per bus (tax and gratuity not included.) Your guide will be available to you for 4-hours, $37.50 for each additional hour, or all day for $300 (up to a maximum of eight hours.)
We can also make additional arrangements for lunch. Please use our handy customer worksheet to help you figure the cost for your group.
Logger Lunch. The lunch menu includes our famous logger stew in a sourdough bread bowl, fresh green salad, choice of dressing and beverage. Price is just $11.95 per person. A vegetarian menu is also available.
For an extra fee, you can modify your menu to include BBQ chicken and/or a scrumptious dessert. We can also set up a special musical treat for an additional fee. Please call for specifics. Each tour group is different and prices vary.

Press Review: When tourists head for Mount St. Helens on a day outing from Portland, they spend most of their time in a car, or inside the four visitor centers along State Route 504. But there must be a better way to visit the volcano than on an exhausting 225-mile day trip from Portland. Thankfully, there is: It's called Eco Park Resort. More than a quarter-century after Mount St. Helens blew its stack, the small resort is still the only new lodging along the busy Spirit Lake Memorial Highway. Overnight stops abound along Interstate 5, but freeway motels don't fit the ambiance people want after a nature-based outing to the volcano. The 90-acre private resort is on the south side of the highway, midway between I-5 and road's end at Johnston Ridge Observatory. Cabins, yurts and campsites are scattered among the resort's woods and wetlands. A restaurant serves guests as well as travelers along the highway. |
