Frequently Asked Questions

Bathrooms: A number of restrooms are strategically located around the park for the convenience of our guests.

Dogs: Dogs are not allowed inside cabins, yurts or wall tents and must be on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible for all clean-up and damage caused by their animal. Dogs are allowed to stay at the resort unless they become a nuisance to other guests.

Community Fire: We provide one central fire pit for our camping community. No other open fires are allowed in the park.

Security: Eco Park Resort is a privately owned and operated facility that is open from 7:00am to 9:00pm. Traffic is permitted in and out during these hours. The facility is gated at night for the safety and comfort of our guests.

Reservations: Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Guests must arrive before gates close at 8:00 pm. Cancellations must be made two weeks prior to your scheduled stay. Your credit card will be charged if cancelled under two weeks.

PARK RULES:

• Speed limit is 10 mph at all times
• No vehicle traffic in Park after 9:00 pm
• No hunting or shooting in the Park
• No smoking in cabins, RV, or Tent Sites (Smoking in designated areas only)
• No loud music devises that disturb our other guests
• No Portable generators (summer season)
• No cutting of trees, brush or any plant life—including flowers
• No digging of holes or destruction to the surrounding landscape
• No hiking in or access to closed areas
• No swimming or fishing in the pond. Children must be supervised in the pond area
• Children must be under adult supervision at all times in the resort.

We do not supply flashlights! Please remember to bring flashlights and batteries!
